Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Wholesale orders start at JPY 50,000. Within that there is no fixed per-title quantity — the minimum unit follows the manufacturer's packing unit (by piece, inner bag or carton, shown on each product page). Ichiban Kuji has a minimum of one complete set. In practice we recommend building toward one 50 × 50 × 60 cm carton, since below that air freight cost per piece stops working in your favour.
Can I order specific titles, or only assorted lots?
Specific titles. This is what we are built for — we never require you to take mixed lots.

What is included in an Ichiban Kuji set?
A complete, undrawn set: every prize tier, the draw tickets, and the promotional display board. We do not sell partial or pre-drawn lots.
What products do you supply?
Prize figures from Banpresto, Sega, Taito, Bandai and FuRyu; Ichiban Kuji complete sets; Ichibansho; and capsule / gacha toys.
What are your shipping terms?
DAP door-to-door is standard — we arrange freight to your address, while destination duties, VAT and clearance charges are the consignee's responsibility. EXW and FOB are available on request. YUJIN LLC remains the exporter of record in all cases.
What is your carton specification?
Our standard export carton is 160 size, approximately 50 × 50 × 60 cm, holding roughly 25–40 pieces depending on item dimensions, with actual weight kept at or below 22 kg. FedEx bills on the greater of actual and dimensional weight, and every quotation states the chargeable weight used.
How long until my order ships?
Sourcing time depends on item availability and is confirmed for each order. Once all items are gathered and packed, your tracking number is issued the same day, or the next business day at the latest.
Which carriers do you use?
FedEx International Priority (2–3 business days) or International Economy (4–6 business days), consolidated at our Ibaraki warehouse. EMS is available for selected destinations where it works out more economically.
How do I know the products are authentic?
Every item is inspected and photographed before packing, and JAN barcodes are recorded at intake. A Commercial Invoice and Packing List accompany every shipment. We operate under Japanese Antique Dealer License No. 401120001864.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer in Japanese yen via Wise or SWIFT, full payment in advance. Orders are confirmed the same day when funds clear before 15:00 Japan time.
What export documents do you provide?
Commercial Invoice, Packing List, HS codes and the air waybill. We support your customs clearance with accurate documentation; import duties and taxes at destination are the consignee's responsibility.
How quickly do you reply, and in which languages?
Within 24 hours, in English, Japanese, Korean or Chinese.
How long is a quotation valid?
7 days. Carrier fuel surcharges are adjusted weekly.
How do Ichiban Kuji pre-orders work?
Ichiban Kuji sets are reserved ahead of the Japanese release date. We take a deposit of JPY 10,000 per set to place the reservation, with the balance due before shipment. A deposit places your reservation, but it is not a guarantee of supply — makers restrict allocation on popular titles and can cut quantities before release, including on titles open for normal reservation. If we cannot secure a title you reserved, we tell you as soon as we know and you are not charged for it.
Some catalogue items are marked “back order” — what does that mean?
Three different things, and the distinction matters when you are planning a shipment:
- In stock — held in our own warehouse, ready to ship
- Back order — not in stock; we order it in after you order. Available quantity and lead time are confirmed once we place that order
- Sold out — cannot be ordered at this time
Most of our general wholesale catalogue is back order rather than warehouse stock. We would rather label it accurately than have you plan around stock that is not there.
What happens if an item cannot be supplied after I order?
You are not charged for it. The amount is credited to your store wallet balance for use on future orders, rather than returned to the original payment method. We tell you which lines were short before the shipment goes out, so you can decide whether to replace them.
I could not find certain prize figures on your wholesale site. Do you still supply them?
Very likely yes. Prize figures produced for Japanese arcade crane machines — Banpresto MAXIMATIC, Grandista and World Collectable Figure, TAITO Desktop Cute, FuRyu AMP+ and similar lines — move through a different channel from general trade goods, so they do not appear on the general wholesale catalogue. Prize figures are our strongest category, not a gap in it. Send us the title and we will quote it.
Can you deliver to my own forwarder or warehouse in Japan?
Yes. Send us your forwarder's address in Japan and we will deliver there, leaving the international leg to you. Only Japanese domestic freight applies in that case. We issue the Commercial Invoice and Packing List either way, and YUJIN LLC remains the exporter of record.
Can I order by email instead of through the website?
Yes. Send an Excel file or a plain list of titles and quantities, and we will reply with pricing and availability line by line. Ordering this way on a regular basis is entirely normal — a number of our customers work exactly like that.
